The V-10 model made from ecological and sustainable materials stands for 10 years of love.
These Veja V-10 have an upper made from leather sourced from farms in Rio Grande do Sul. The V logo on the side is made from rubber and rice waste (22%). The inner lining is made from jersey (33% organic cotton & 67% recycled polyester). The insole is made from sugar cane (34%), Amazonian rubber (11%), organic cotton (11%) & recycled ethylene-vinyl acetate (8%), and the outsole is also made from 59% organic and recycled materials. These Veja trainers are made in Brazil, in the Porto Alegre region.
They are tanned in Brazil in accordance with REACH standards. The use of water is justified during the tanning process. The tanneries that supply VEJA leather are L.W.G. Gold certified by the Leather Working Group, which promotes sustainable practices that have a positive impact on the environment in tanneries.
