This article will help you with orders in our online store. If you order via the Asphaltgold app, you can check here.

Select the products you want to order by choosing your desired size and clicking the "Add to cart" button. You can change this selection at any time until you send your order by changing the number of products in the shopping cart, deleting the selection by clicking on the "Remove" box or canceling the order process. Clicking on the "Proceed to checkout" button will take you to the next order step.

Please log in with your e-mail address and password if you already have a customer account. If not, you can create a customer account ("Create account") or order as a guest. Your data will be collected, processed and used in compliance with data protection regulations. Your data will not be used for any other purpose or passed on to third parties. If you are already registered, you can enter your billing and shipping address.

Please enter your voucher or discount code in the corresponding field and confirm with "Add voucher". The discount amount will then be deducted from your total amount. You can also enter and add a second voucher afterwards.

Can I buy gift vouchers?

Of course, we also offer gift vouchers with freely selectable amounts . You can choose between a PDF to print out or a voucher that will be sent to you by DHL. Gift vouchers can be redeemed both in our online store and in our store in Darmstadt.

The Asphaltgold gift voucher is valid for 3 years and can be redeemed in the online store and in the Asphaltgold store in Darmstadt. It cannot beused to purchase other gift vouchers.

can i order items for collection from the store?

Unfortunately, the shipping option "Pick up in store Darmstadt" is currently not available, but will be offered again soon. If you would like to pick up items in the store, please do not place an order in the online store, but contact our customer service on 06151-629210. The desired items will then be reserved for you and will be ready for you to try on/pick up in the store from 1 pm on the following working day (the reservation is valid for 3 working days). Payment is then also made in the store. Please note that purchase on account is unfortunately not possible.

How can I buy Heat for need products?

"Heat for Need" is Asphaltgold's in-house charity project. Here we use sneaker hype for a good cause by offering popular sneaker models that are actually already out of stock at an attractive price and donating the difference to the original retail price to various charities. So you can dust off your already depreciated Grail and do something good at the same time - there's no better combo!

And this is how you get the "Heat for Need" products: To get access, you need to be in our store in Darmstadt(Ludwigsplatz 8a, 64283 Darmstadt). Open our app there, go to your profile (button at the bottom right) and select the "Heat for Need" category. Then briefly confirm your location and you're ready to store the "Heat for Need" products. Have fun!
