For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional customs costs, taxes and fees may apply. Please inform yourself about the individual regulations of your shipping country before ordering. You are responsible for all additional costs.

We ship international orders outside Europe with DHL Express.
Immediately after your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your DHL Express tracking number.

When will my order be delivered?

How can I track my shipment?

After your order has been shipped, you will find your DHL tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. You can use this to track the current delivery status of your order online. Please note that it may take a few hours for the tracking to update.

 

In individual cases, due to increased volumes at our shipping partners, shipments may be processed with a delay. If there is no movement of your package after a few days, please contact us at hello@asphaltgold.com . However, an investigation into the whereabouts of the shipment is only possible after 14 days.

Can I pick up my order in store?

The shipping option "Pick up in store Darmstadt" is currently not available, but will be offered again soon. If you would like to pick up items in store, please do not place an order in the online shop, but contact our customer service at 06151-629210. The items you want will then be reserved for you and will be ready for you to try on/pick up in store from 1 p.m. on the following working day (the reservation is valid for 3 working days). Payment will then also be made in store. Please note that purchase on account is unfortunately not possible.

What happens if my order could not be delivered?

If your package cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us. If you wish, your order can be reshipped within Germany, but unfortunately address changes are not possible. Please let us know in good time if you want to have it reshipped. If we don't hear from you, your money will be refunded.

 

If your shipping address is outside of Germany and the package is returned to us, your money will be refunded. Asphaltgold reserves the right to retain shipping costs if the address details are incorrect or if the package is refused.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged/faulty?

If there is something wrong with your order, please contact hello@asphaltgold.com with your order number. In order to process the complaint, we need pictures of the order in question, of any damage and of the shipping box. Please keep this until we have informed you of the next steps. Unfortunately, a complaint is not possible without the outer packaging.
