Deliveries to non-EU countries may incur additional customs charges, taxes and fees. Please inform yourself about the individual regulations of your shipping country before placing your order. All additional costs are your responsibility.

We ship international orders outside Europe with DHL Express.
You will receive a confirmation email with your DHL Express tracking number immediately after your order has been shipped.

How can I track my shipment?

After your order has been shipped, you will find your DHL tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. You can use this to track the current delivery status of your order online. Please note that it may take a few hours for the tracking to update.

 

In individual cases, there may be delays in processing shipments due to increased volume at our shipping partners. If no movement of your parcel is shown after a few days, you are welcome to contact us at hello@asphaltgold.com. However, an investigation into the whereabouts of the shipment is only possible after 14 days.

Can I collect my order from the store?

Unfortunately, the shipping option "Pick up in store Darmstadt" is currently not available, but will be offered again soon. If you would like to pick up items in the store, please do not place an order in the online store, but contact our customer service on 06151-629210. The desired items will then be reserved for you and will be ready for you to try on/pick up in the store from 1 p.m. on the following working day (the reservation is valid for 3 working days). Payment is then also made in the store. Please note that purchase on account is unfortunately not possible.

What happens if my order could not be delivered?

If your parcel cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us. On request, it is possible to resend your order within Germany, but unfortunately changes of address are not possible. Please let us know in good time if you would like us to resend your order. If we do not hear from you, your money will be refunded.

 

If your shipping address is outside Germany and the package is returned to us, your money will be refunded. Asphaltgold reserves the right to withhold shipping costs in the event of incorrect address details or refusal of acceptance.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged/incorrect?

If something is wrong with your order, please contact hello@asphaltgold.com with your order number. We need pictures of the order in question, any damage and the shipping carton in order to process it. Please keep this until we have informed you of the next steps. Unfortunately, a complaint is not possible without the outer packaging.
