PayPal
PayPal is an online payment service that allows you to pay online safely, easily and quickly. To do this, you store your data once in a PayPal account. After submitting your order to Asphaltgold you will automatically be redirected to PayPal. There you enter your stored email address and your personal password and confirm the payment. In the event of a return, the amount will be credited back to your PayPal account.
Credit card (Visa and Mastercard)
With us you can pay conveniently and securely (3D Secure code required) with your credit card. Once your credit card is authorized, it will be charged immediately. You will then receive a confirmation email from us informing you that your order has been successfully completed. Please note that in the event of a return, the refund may not be visible until the next statement.
Please note that no credit card payment is possible for Raffle entries.
KLARNA purchase on account
With Klarna you can pay on account at Asphaltgold. Please note that the billing and shipping addresses must be identical. If you do not have the option to pay with Klarna, there may be several reasons that we cannot influence. In such cases, we ask you to select a different payment method. After a successful order, you will receive the invoice from Klarna by email and you have days to pay it. In the event of a return, the invoice will be canceled.
Klarna direct debit
When paying by direct debit, you authorize Klarna to deduct the corresponding amount from your bank account. In the event of a return, Klarna will credit the amount back to your bank account.
Apple Pay
Please enter your voucher/gift card in the appropriate field and confirm with “Add voucher”. The discount amount will then be deducted from your total. If you return the voucher, it will be recreated and sent to you by email. If the voucher has not been fully redeemed, the remaining credit remains and can be used for a future order. If you have made an additional payment, it will be refunded the same way it reached us.
Please enter your discount code in the appropriate field and confirm with “Add voucher”. The discount amount will then be deducted from your total. You cannot combine discount codes and there may be items that are excluded. Discount codes can only be used once and cannot be reissued. A cash payment is not possible.
Please note that in addition to discount codes, we also issue gift vouchers .
There are no customs or import fees for shipping within the EU. Additional customs costs, taxes and fees may apply for deliveries to non-EU countries. If you don't win, we will cancel the payment authorization immediately after the winners have been drawn . This means that your account will only be debited if you win the raffle. Your money should be back in your account after a few hours.

We will send you a confirmation email as soon as our returns department has checked and processed the returned goods. This can take 2 - 10 working days after your return arrives, depending on volume. Your money will then be refunded the same way it reached us - so depending on the payment method, it may take an additional 2-3 working days for the refund to reach you. If you paid with Klarna, your invoice will be canceled or adjusted.
