The competition is organized by Asphaltgold GmbH, Heidelbergerstr. 129 ½, 64285 Darmstadt, info@asphaltgold.com .
2nd eligibility to participate
All natural persons who are 18 years or older and resident in Europe are eligible to participate. Minors are excluded from participation.
3. participation period
The competition begins on December 22nd, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. and ends after 24 hours. Entries received after the end of the participation period will not be considered.
4th participation
Participation takes place through the following steps:
O Like and comment on the official competition post on Tiktok.
O Linking a third person in the comment.
O Follow the TikTok accounts @asphaltgold and @dbjourney.
Participation is free.
5th profits
The prize is a D__b__ Ramverk Pro Carry-On case including surprise contents with a total value of 2,000 euros. The exact contents of the case will not be announced in advance. The prize cannot be paid out in cash or exchanged.
6th winner determination and notification
The winner will be chosen at random. Notification will be sent via direct message on Instagram. If the winner does not respond to the message within three (3) days, the prize will expire and a new winner will be drawn.
7th data protection
The personal data collected as part of the competition will be used exclusively to conduct the competition. This includes in particular contacting you in the event of a win. The data will only be passed on to third parties if this is necessary to conduct the competition (e.g. shipping service providers). The data will be deleted after the competition has ended, unless there are legal retention periods. Further information on data protection can be found in Asphaltgold's privacy policy.

The organizer is not liable for technical faults that affect or prevent participation in the competition. Liability for damages resulting from the acceptance or use of the prize is excluded unless these are due to gross negligence or intent on the part of the organizer.

Legal recourse is excluded.
11th final provisions
The organizer reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons if this is necessary for legal, technical or organizational reasons. Changes to these terms and conditions can also be made without prior notice.
