According to Art. 13 GDPR, Asphaltgold GmbH is obliged to provide the data subject with appropriate information on use each time personal data is collected directly or indirectly.
We use the information we receive about you as part of a competition exclusively in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union (EU) and the new version of the BDSG.

Collection of contact data for the purpose of conducting a competition.
Legal basis for processing activity:
The processing is carried out on the legal basis of the consent to the storage of the contact data exchanged in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Letter a of GDPR. The requirements for consent in accordance with data protection law in accordance with Art. 7 Paragraphs 1-4 of GDPR are met here.

The data will be stored for at least as long as it is necessary to process your request or a possible contractual relationship.
Rights of the data subject:
You have the right to information (according to Art. 15 GDPR) from the controller about the personal data concerning you, as well as the right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), and restriction of processing (Art. 18 Para. 1 GDPR). Furthermore, you have the right to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR) and the right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR).
You have the right to revoke your consent at any time with future effect.
If the publication takes place via social platforms, you must be aware that the images can be shared and possibly commented on on an infinite number of levels. Therefore, despite all the technical means currently available, complete deletion is not possible.
