Asphaltgold and Puma present their first sneaker collaboration - a tribute to the Italian lifestyle and mentality. Ciao Puma x Asphaltgold Palermo *Scopa*!

It symbolizes Italian hospitality, the sense of friends and family, togetherness and shared memories. *Scopa* is a traditional card game, a game synonymous with an invitation to feel welcome and stay as long as you like.

To celebrate the shoe and the theme in a fitting manner, the content creation took place in Milan - with none other than the Italian goalkeeping legend, the "Eternal", Gianluigi "Gigi" Buffon. Not only did he play in over 500 Juventus games, but he also played for the Squadra Azzuro, the Italian national team, for over 20 years!

The Puma Palermo is a classic 1970s soccer silhouette that gained some notoriety on the terraces in the 80s. The city name was common at the time, but especially the large Palermo label - a guarantee for success at the time. Nevertheless, the Palermo disappeared from the scene and was only brought back to life a few years ago in the archives in Herzogenaurach. The Retro has now been released since 2023.

The Palermo *Scopa* comes in the usual colors for the card game and a high-quality material combination of raw nylon, light blue nubuck and grey suede. The inner lining is made of contrasting red terry fabric. What a match!

Now for the details: the sun, the most valuable symbol of the game, is visible through the translucent gum sole, and underneath the striking Palermo labels are small, hidden messages for the wearer.
